For more than twenty years, Meri has practiced healthy living through conscious eating, exercise, mindfulness, and continued education. Meri has a passion for helping others tune in to their own power, honor their individuality, and make choices for living their best lives. By offering Ayurvedic consultations, private and group yoga sessions, and guidance on initiating a diet and lifestyle appropriate for each client individually, Meri recommends gradual lifestyle changes to create a path to positive change. Meri is registered with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 500, a continuing education provider, and is uniquely certified to teach chair yoga and Trauma-Informed Yoga for people working through trauma, anxiety, or depression.
