Service Description

During standard (follow-up) sessions we will assess your progress and address anything that has come up since our last contact. We will fine-tune your diet and routines to fit your particular needs. You may find at this time be ready to take some more steps. Follow-ups will usually be monthly unless there is something acute to address sooner.
